Steph, a seasoned EA with a background in banking and finance, balances her love of organising those around her with the joys of parenthood for her two young children. She started her career in the mining industry of Perth spending several years in Africa and travelling the middle east and Mongolia and loved any opportunity to boat along her travels.

Growing up in Perth, she’s now spends her spare time on the waters of Sydney Harbour, echoing her passion for boating around Rottnest Island.

Holding a boat license herself, she’s not afraid to get on board and help out.
